All orders are shipped same day as long as the product is in stock. The latest an order can be placed is 7:30 pm ET.
Yes — all orders placed online or by phone receive an email confirmation and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order to cancel or make changes.
Typically 10–14 business days, depending on the product. The lead time begins after the purchase has been completed.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Shipping charges are calculated directly by the carriers and we do not mark them up.
Want to use your own shipping account? There is a $5 handling fee, then you pay your carrier's rate directly.
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also call us at (813) 938-6025 with your order number and we'll look it up for you, or email sales@mbs-standoffs.com.
Yes, we ship internationally. International orders must be placed by phone or email — not through the website. All international orders ship via DHL and must be paid by wire transfer. We also accept third-party carriers if you provide shipping details. A full quote will be sent to you by email.
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipping to Florida or Nevada.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in our products and stand behind them 100%. If you need to return an item, please note the following:
  • Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (ground, expedited, or freight).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs — unless the issue was caused by MBS.
  • An RMA number must be present on the return box. It will be emailed to you by our returns specialist.
  • All returns are subject to a 20%–50% restocking fee — waived if the fault is on MBS.
Items returned damaged are not eligible for credit. If items arrive back without original packaging or are damaged due to improper packing, MBS reserves the right to deny the return or apply a 50% restocking fee.
Absolutely not. MBS Standoffs is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. No information will be sold or shared with any third party outside of what is required to fulfill your order. MBS Standoffs is fully compliant with all required information security standards.

Wire transfers and COD payments are subject to an additional fee.
Yes. Online credit card purchases are processed through Authorize.net, one of the most secure internet payment processors available. They are a third-party vendor — we never have access to your card information.
We recommend clearing your cookies and using a secure internet connection when placing your order, as we cannot control what happens between your system and ours during processing.
