Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window

Eligible return period
15 days from receipt
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Report issues within
48 hours of delivery
Any problems with your order must be reported to MBS within 48 hours of receipt.

Inspect immediately
Open and inspect your order immediately upon delivery to identify any issues.

Return Authorization (RMA)

RMA required: No returned goods will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by MBS. All return requests must be approved prior to sending items back.

To obtain an RMA, contact our returns specialist at [email protected] with your order number. Once approved, you will receive your RMA number, return instructions, and the return shipping address.

Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items returned damaged or not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Start a Return

Contact the Returns Specialist
Email [email protected] with your order number. Include your name, company name, best email and phone number, and reason for the return.

Await Return Approval & RMA
Our returns team will review your request and respond in a timely manner. If approved, you'll receive your RMA number, return instructions, and return address.

Ship the Items Back
Package the items securely in their original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Credit Issuance
Once received, MBS Quality Control will inspect the items. If accepted, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charge
Non-refundable
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, MBS will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Inspection & Restocking Fees

MBS may request photos of the items to assist with the return process before a physical return is initiated.

Upon receipt, all returned goods will be inspected by MBS Quality Control. If accepted, a credit will be issued.

Restocking fee: All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% – 50% depending on the condition of the returned goods.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund or credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the product and the packaging in your message. We will work quickly to resolve the issue — in these cases, MBS covers all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.

To begin an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as standard returns — items must be unused, in original packaging, and within the 15-day return window.
