If your order is not collected within 5 business days of the ready notification, it may be returned to stock. Contact us to extend your hold.

Have your
order confirmation number ready when you arrive — you'll find it in your confirmation email. Our team will use it to locate and release your order quickly.
Same-Day Pickup Cutoff
Orders placed before
2:00 PM local time on a business day are typically ready same day. Orders after 2 PM are usually ready the next business day.
No Extra Fees for Pickup
Store pickup is completely free — no handling fee, no service charge. You pay only for your products. Shipping charges are waived at checkout.

You can route your order to any of our 4 warehouses — not just the nearest one. Simply choose your preferred location at checkout.
