Testimonials From Our Customers

Adrian & Jessica were very prompt and helpful. A pleasant experience.

We are a sign / print shop in Birmingham, and found MBS a few years ago. We started by using just standoffs, but have found many other items that have helped us and or clients create a finished product that looks more than professional. Everything has been quality products. From standoffs, to ceiling mounts, to h-frame sign stakes. MBS is a company that we will have a relationship with, for years to come. Brad R.

We have been ordering our large format printer paper rolls from Plotter Paper Direct for years and they are always delivered quickly. They make reordering super easy and the price is good. The one time I needed customer service, they responded to my email quickly and answered my question.

Always so helpful in identifying the parts needed for specific job requirements. Jessica and Michelle are so quick to respond and have the greatest attitudes and are willing to go the extra step whenever needed. Always a pleasure!

Great price and fast delivery, everything was perfect!

Jessica was such a big help in getting the right produce for my project. I wouldn't have wanted to do it without her help. In the past everyone I have dealt with was the same way. Could be nicer and I had my order in less than 24 hours from placing my order. Thanks Jessica and MBS!

I called MBS for assistance with a project for a convention center that involved mounting 1/2" thick tempered glass plaques to a brick wall. With this being outside of my normal field of experience I was unsure what MBS product to use for this application. Jessica stepped right up to the plate and explained what was needed to install this specialty project. She provided me with a comprehensive list of all the parts needed for the installation, from the caps & barrels all the way through to the combination screws and masonry anchors. Thanks, Jessica, for your excellent customer service! Nathan, H.

Always very pleased with MBS customer service.
