The convenience fee is really stupid. If I call my order in and waste your employees time I don't pay it. If I help myself, it costs me $3.00 more. It's dumb and now I have to look for a new supplier of standoffs.

Not only with everyday business needs, but lately we have had a couple of fires that came up without notice, and she has gone above and beyond, at the final hour, to enable us to get materials to our customers or production team to save the day. Stressful at times, but she is always on top of things, please take the time to throw something special her way. It isnt as easy as it used to be to find service like that from people, regardless of the industry, and we appreciate it very much. I really think she should attend the trade shows so your customer’s can get the opportunity to meet her and discuss forecasts for upcoming seasons, just fyi.
